Postcard #14 – Juneau, AlaskaOn December 26, 2011 by Marie Gizelle
When I was an eager learner I often leaf through the pages of our encyclopedia at home. I was so engrossed in learning that I knew the all the States capital by heart. I still recall it now but I can’t recite it like the Isabelle kid on Ellen. I can still answer but not as quick the capitals of each states. Juneau was the second municipality in the list of American state capitals following Alabama’s Montgomery.
This postcard, still from Photo Cache’s giveaway, portrays the geographical location of Alaska, Juneau in particular: mountainous and watery.
